Conference Dining and Gala Dinner with Miša Koplova

Sustainable Conference Dining

Coffee breaks and lunches will be provided by DOBRA POGOSTITEV (ETRI Group), a catering service specializing in contemporary, sustainable, and food-conscious cuisine for business events.

The catering will be based on seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, predominantly plant-based. Particular attention will be given to the responsible use of surplus ingredients and the reduction of food waste.

Gala Dinner with Miša Koplova

The gala dinner will be created in collaboration with renowned culinary consultant and chef Miša Koplova.

The menu will be entirely plant-based. Culinary creations based on Miša Koplova’s recipes will be prepared by ETRI Group, an initiative that creates inclusive employment opportunities.

The dinner concept brings together sustainable gastronomy, responsible resource use, and the strengthening of a collaborative and inclusive society.

In addition to offering an exceptional culinary experience, the evening will tell a story of connection, social responsibility, and new opportunities for inclusion through food.
